Introduction: This is the website for Voices Of Inland Communities for Education, Health and Safety, a California 501 (c) (3) non-profit 
corporation. We are also known as "Joey's Pals", Joey is our mascot!
VOICES Goal: To meet the educational, health and safety needs of Inland Communities by empowering parents, caregivers and concerned citizens though VOICES.
Objective 1: To provide educational opportunities for all prenatal mothers and children starting at infancy. This will be done by ensuring there are proper facilities, programs, teachers and openings so that children are raised in a safe and nurturing environment so families can achieve optimal health, development and education.
Objective 2: To provide local residents access to information, support and resources to educate children.
Objective 3: To provide Inland Communities residents access to information, support and resources for parenting skills, nutrition, immunizations and other health topics.
Objective 4: To make certain that each child has a safe route to and from school by advocating for safe community streets, sidewalks, pedestrian trails, bike paths, street lights, traffic signs and traffic lights.
